There is always a 30 day return policy, with full refund if the shoes are shipped back using the pre-paid shipping label included in the box. They must also be in the same condition that you received them.

By purchasing our preorder services, you fully understand that there are no refunds for our preorder services, unless your order is not processed on release day. Due to the reservation system placed on each order we are unable to refund preorders.
Delivery Policy:
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed on release day, and another email confirmation when it is shipped out from the distribution center usually within 1-2 days from order processing.
You will be emailed confirmation on release day that your order has been processed by Eastbay.com, Footlocker.com, Footaction.com, or Champs.com. If you have not received your order confirmation on release day, you may call (800) 991-6828 or contact us at ck1pro@gmail.com
